Pay penalty or do Warm up. I have paid the price of not warming up before the workout. Warm up before workout is equals to turning on Power to your muscles. Warm up your body for 5 minutes before starting the exercise, either through a light jog, skipping, cycling, or remember your school days when you used to do PT. Warming up your body before your workout keeps you injury-free.
When your body is appropriately warmed up, your muscles and joints are equipped for maximum elasticity, which means you can perform each exercise with proper form that maximize outcomes and minimize risk of damage.
When you plan your Workout Schedule, make sure to wait for next 48 hours before you work on the same muscle. Your muscles entail time to improve and reparation themselves after a workout. Take a day off from your Weekly Training.
