Second day it’s a new start new day. Today I will begin this journey.
I am an IT Engineer who sits in front of the computer for about 12 hours a day, but that does not stop me going to gym or find some time to work on my muscles. Unlike other people I was also worried about shutting the extra kilos off.
Finally I have made it to the GYM, yes I have been thinking of joining one from ages. Lot of people talk about working out at home also gives you results, I agree with these people, but at the end you look for perfection the extra bit or the edge that you strive for…and GYM is where you get the edge from.
You can’t buy such huge machines or convert your home into a gym and more importantly you will end up exercising after few days as you would not find any partner who can help you with the weights.
Joining a gym or finding one is just not an easy task, but to make it simple, First visit a gym nearby and ask them to let you work out for a day, this will help you understanding the weights and the trainer.

There are some important factors you must look into before you join a GYM:
Location: Will you actually have time to get to the gym, or will it cut into the time you normally spend exercising? The location of the gym is extremely important, try to find a place close to your home or workplace.
Equipment: Don't just look for the gym to have the equipment, look for them to have enough for everyone, so you don't have to wait for a treadmill to open up before you start your run.
Environment: Make sure the gym is clean. If it’s a dump then you may not be too thrilled to work out there. Also check if there bathrooms are clean and well-stocked.
Atmosphere: Pay attention to how the gym feels. Make sure there are no waiting lines for any machines; check the workout space for people to do their workouts. If you're there for serious exercise and it feels like a dance club, you may not be as motivated to work out there.
Joining a gym is a big commitment, make sure you have all the information you need to make a good decision. A gym can offer so much for almost every type of exerciser... but only if you show up.
